well made, folds flat, locks tight and is an easy carry
Like everybody here, I needed to get my amp off the floor for better sound and easier access to controls. The problem is, my amp, a Genz Benz Shenandoah acoustic guitar amp, is small (15" wide) and the stand is much wider (20"). Thus, it sat on bare metal, rather than the plastic pads, of this Gator Frameworks Amp Stand. The amp is secure but vibrated the stand and I suspect the bare metal may damage the amp's exterior. I attached thick adhesive backed felt to contact points and all was well: no vibration and my amp rested on a soft felt cradle! The stand it self is well made, folds flat, locks tight and is an easy carry. Obviously, a one-size-fits-all design won't actually fit every amp, but I was glad I could modify it to fit mine.

Works well with 1×10" combo, a little top heavy
This thing works well, and actually tilts back a serious amount, more so than others I have seen or owned. My amp is now blasting directly towards my ears, which is good for me, especially at lower playing volumes. Many frequencies get lost when its pointed towards your feet, and you dont hear its true sound. I have an orange rocker combo, and its quite small, about 20" wide and a little over a foot tall, it fits my amp like a glove, very secure. Much bigger than that though, and I would be worried. My amp is relatively compact, but its still quite heavy, as its a tube amp and all. All the components are near the top of the amps cab, so it is quite unstable and wants to fall forwards and backwards. Mine is a close enough fit to the frame to alleviate this problem almost entirely, but a slightly bigger amp wouldn't fit it so well and would definitely become topsy turvy. Wouldn't wanna use it for stage, as it is still somewhat unstable, and I wouldn't want someone bumping my 800 dollar amp slightly and sending it for a fall. All in all, for the price, its good for home use, so I give it 4 stars as it doesnt seem to be intended for pro use. For my bedroom, where its close enough to the wall to catch it should it begin to topple, its just great.

Sturdy
Easy to use BUT watch your fingers when you go to open it. Hold amp very well.

Solid
This thing is very sturdy. To the reviews that say it's wobbly I would say they do not have it set up right. You can change the angle to basically anything and that angle will change how sturdy it is. This folds up nice and slim out of the way.

I had to modify them to get them in gigging condition
I would’ve given them five stars but I had to modify them in order for them to be suitable for gigs. First issue is the bolts tend to come loose after you use the stand several time. It’s because when you fold the stand, it actually unscrews the bolt a little bit. I almost lost one of the bolts because of this but luckily I was able to find it. I put Loctite on the bolts and hopefully that will fix the issue. The other issue I had is that the rubber feet on the bottom are very cheap and don’t have a metal washer so one of them pulled off , after only having them for about a week. So I bought a new set of rubber feet with metal washers inside them that should hopefully resolve that issue. Other than that they work fine.

Sturdy and clean looking
Very sleek, minimalist amp stand. Does the job perfectly and you don't notice there's a stand under it other than it being on a nice angle.

Excellent buy
Picked up two of these beauties for our bandThey hold a fender deluxe reverb and a fender deluxe 112 ampStand is strong and super easy to setup. It’s adjustable to accommodate most amps and I have no concern about it failing in any wayBoth myself and our other guitarist can hear our own amps better as well as each others. Makes a difference shooting the sound forward for gigs where we don’t mic our amps tooI would highly recommend this product

Sturdy well built and reliable.
I love Gator products and use the mic and guitar stands on stage. The build quality is always good and this amp stand is no different. It supports my Marshall MG100dfx with no problem at all, it is easy to set up and folds down to a reasonably compact size for transporting.

Excelente
