Binge are decent quality two of the bins arrived with broken handles. Very disappointed. Haven’t been able to get ahold of customer service to replace.

Great Totes But Latches Break Easily
The totes are sturdy, a great size, and overall very good quality. I also like the pearl color because it keeps the contents concealed for a cleaner look. My only complaint is that the black latches tend to break or pop off easily. If the latches were more durable, these would be excellent storage bins.

Totes are OK, customer service left me high and dry.
The totes are as described, though do be warn that they do feel rather flimsy compared to more common brands. It was the first thing I noticed when I pulled them out of the box. It works for what I need, but I can say that I'm entirely displeased by the customer service. Upon arrival, I found that the tote at the bottom of the box had a busted latch. I was OK with the rest of the totes (despite their flimsiness) but the entire reason why I bought this brand is *because* of the security the latch provided. When I hopped onto Amazon to contact customer service, I was directed to reach out to the company that sold the item. This led me to going to their main website, writing up an email, providing pictures, and sending it off. I did this about 3 months ago and still have not received a response. I've since used the rest of the totes, but this last one has been collecting dust while I've been awaiting a response. I'm done waiting, so here's my review. 2 stars because I got product with OK quality.
