Just received 12 inch turntable but it does not rotate. I think a part is missing at the base

The listing says it us gray. Is the outside of the turntable white?

Yes. The outside is white. The inside bottom liner is grey.

My cupboard that I would like this for is 10” deep. Will this lazy Susan fit?

No......the one shown says 12” if you do not have a door it will stick out 2 inches & if you have a door, you will not be able to close it. Mine it 18’ and I have it under my sink.......I LOVE it!
