I am only 5’1”. Would this table be too high for me? Can the table’s height be adjustable? adjustable?

I'm 5' tall and the height is perfect for me. The table top is 29 7/8" from the floor to the table top. My dogs are small. My tallest dog is only about 13-14" tall at her shoulders so she's not so tall that I'd have to stand on something to reach the top of her head. A much taller dog could be a challenge for us short folks!! My table is not adjustable. I love the table; brushing/grooming is so much easier with the table. I don't use the hanging tray underneath the table because my Welsh terrier will not leave it alone!! Hope this info helps.

Is the noose cord adjustable to fit around the dogs neck and hold her head up?

The length of the rope of this Pet Grooming Table is 20.1inch,it is not adjusted.But you can adjust the H frame height to adapt your pets., and the maximum height of the H frame is 39.7inch.

Are there multiple holes underneath the top bar so that I'm able to move the noose where I need it. Or is it just 3 holes on each end under the top ba

There are only two holes on the top bar for the restrain straps. The height is adjustable but the horizontal placement of the straps is fixed. Hope that helps.
