Bought this for my mom so she would finally get rid of her old one and she loves it! She says it works perfectly and likes the fact the she can control the level.

What a mistake I made buying this machine. It is not that easy to use, it takes to long to build up to full power, you can only use it for 30 seconds before waiting 3 minutes for it to cool down, the food chopper is weak.I bought this after owning a Meuller for years. I assumed this would be strong with 800 watts vs. 500 watts with Meuller. Nope.I'm sticking to name brands from now on.

Heavy and requires two hands to blend but WORTH IT!! I think the weight helps but definitely isn’t for small hands.

Stopped working after 3 months, only used on 4/5 occasions. The last time it didn't have enough power to blend a sauce. I deattached the part with the blade to check if its ok. The plastic piece that connects to the motor is wobbly...
