Comfy, solid chair. A definite buy.
Lovee this chair. I needed a new one that is comfortable and versatile. With my RA I never know how I will feel one moment to the next, I needed something soft but not so soft to aggravate my joints. This chair has just the right amount of cushion yet still firm so you dont feel like you have fallen into a hole you can't climb out of. The wheels are large enough to roll easily from my tile over the rug without getting caught which used to tweak my back. I was scared to recline it but it was surprisingly solid, did not feel like it was going to fall, not once. The vibrating pillow isn't bad but I don't see myself using it often because of being tethered to my computer to use it.I was unsure of the colors because red can sometimes look like plastic if not real leather but that too was surprisingly pleasant and vibrant.. It has a 'Deadpool' feel to it.It should be noted the foot rest is short, I am 5'3 and it only goes to my heels when fully extended. If you have problems with your joints or spine this chair is a winner. Yay I have reclaimed my desk!

Comfy Chair for Taller Users
After extensively researching desk chair options, I settled on this one for a couple reasons. It has padded armrests, which I view as a necessity for extended periods of sitting (I can't believe most gaming style chairs that cost hundreds of dollars can't be bothered to include any significant armrest cushioning). And other users indicated it was a comfortable choice for taller users. I'm 6'4" and about 225 lbs and I can confirm that this chair is sized well for me.I'm reasonably happy with the quality of it. It seems sturdy and easily supports my weight. The leg rest is a bit less sturdy but works better than I expected, extending out to just below my calves. The massaging lumbar pillow works as advertised too and is a nice bonus feature. It's worth noting that the assembly instructions are pretty terrible. The various screws and parts are numbered, but the instructions seemed to call out the wrong screws in a few steps. There aren't that many pieces though and it's not hard to sort out how to assemble it with a little patience.

Mixed feelings, decent at the end.
I bought this chair because I am on the computer several hours a day. I have had it for a month now. The images show having the pillow at the bottom. I did this for a month and it's been.. Not very pleasant. I almost returned it. I just discovered recently putting the pillow at the top portion of the chair instead of the bottom makes it a MUCH more comfortable experience. I do NOT mean sliding it up to the middle where the hole is. I mean unclipping it, and attaching it at the very top just under the logo. I had to wrap the strap around twice for both sides. Now my neck rests against it. I do have scoliosis and had a surgery on my spine though, so my comfort preferences can be different from yours!Pros:nice colorlooks coolvibrationpilloweasy to assembleno squeaky soundsCons:leg rest is a joke. At least as a 6ft adult, I can't use itarm rest wobbles a bitnot enough cushion in the arm rest or for my bum so getting up is always a bit weirdadjustment levers are not easy to reachnot totally stable unless you're carefulmassager feel is minimal - like a video game controller vibration with settingsleaning the chair back too far gives me the sense I will fall over

Overall good, doesn't exceed expectations
I received this chair in the mail a few weeks ago and wanted to wait to give an honest review. I scoured Amazon for several weeks searching for the right chair. This one met all the criteria I was looking for. Instructions for assembly are labeled incorrectly as mentioned in other reviews but doesn't take too much problem solving to figure it out. Overall it's a nice looking chair. A little creaky but sturdy enough. Footrest is a nice addition, can't complain. It's not heavy duty and I probably won't use it much but it's neat to have. My biggest complaint is the butt cushion. I've had cheap chairs in the past where it feels like you're sitting on plywood after a few hours and I was disappointed to find out this isn't as cushioned as I had hoped. In shopping for chairs and comparing them this was the most important thing to me. It's not horrible just something I was really hoping to be better. The armrests and backrest are fine, the seat material just feels a little cheap. Pillows are nice, the massager thing is a little gimmicky but whatever. Overall I'm happy enough for spending $150. To be fair I'm a 240 lb guy so lighter-weight customers might not have the same issue with the butt cushion. Almost forgot to mention the recline is really nice and smooth, probably the most impressive aspect about the chair. Height adjustment is a tiny bit janky but seems to work fine.

For the price, a pretty good chair
Overall a good chair for the price paid for it. While it's not an executive level chair, it's pretty comfortable and easy to assemble. Warning, as with most packages, be careful if using a knife to open the tape as the wheel based is packed pretty close to the lid. The instructions and the hardware are clearly identified and gloves are provided because the hardware is doused in lubricant. Overall installation took me around 15-20 minutes: wheels, piston, seat mounting, back of seat mounting (which took the longest time) and arm rests. Only one issue came up when testing out the chair in leaning all the way back and the chair locked in place but with a strong enough push on the lever, it went back to the normal position. Foot rest is not centered perfectly, but it's fine the way it is (it's pre-assembled and I could re-adjust it). Wheels are the best flowing on smooth surfaces, so I wouldn't recommend chair racing down the hallway. TLDR: Nice chair for the price and easy assembly.
