Item arrived in EXCELLENT condition with factory original power supply and cord. Order arrived a day early as well. Currently updating the OS as I type this. Would definitely recommend vendor and will buy from them again! Will update review if issues encountered going forward. 8/21/26 UPDATE: If I could take off only a 1/4 star, I would at this point. While using device last night I happened to observe a very faint column of pixels off to the right side that were slightly darker than the rest of the screen. Not totally dead, just a couple of shades darker. Not sure if it was already there when I started using device, but I only noticed it when I went to a webpage with a bright white background. I usually run apps in dark mode, so I only saw the flaw readily on that one page. Since this is a refurbished unit and was very inexpensive, I will give it a pass and will continue to monitor to see if issue worsens. If it does, will wipe and return. Otherwise, great product! :)

I am giving it one star because it did initially work when the product was delivered in July of 2024. Within two months the screen turned black. My daughter was using the product for college and she was away in another state. We did purchase the Asurion protection plan but my daughter was unsure how to use it correctly and as I was not there to help her so she waited another month and a half to get it fixed when she came home for break. During that time the MacBook was unusable. In December I sent the item away to be fixed. The item was returned to her a couple of weeks later at her university. That was the second week of January 2025. She came home for spring break in March and while she was home the screen began to turn black again. She also informed me that the laptop was running very hot. I again contacted Asurion but at this time I was just looking for a refund of my $429. I was told that an item had to have the same defect 4 times because I could seek a refund. I explained that my daughter had major time constraints with this instance and waiting 2/3 weeks for the item to be fixed was not an option. We took it to a nearby repair shop that is sponsored by Asurion where we were given an estimate of $471 which is more than I paid for the product. I was told that I could pay to have it repaired and then be reimbursed but aside from not living that option the screen would take a week to come in and then a few days after that to be fixed. I should also state that the estimate also included fixing the overheating problem. I reached out to Amazon but because it was more than 90 days removed from the purchase they couldn’t do anything for me. Originally, I did have a customer service representative tell me I should not worry that I would be getting a refund but the next day I received an email stating that my claim had been denied. I also reached out to the third party seller and they never responded to my message. I did try Asurion one more time with a copy of the estimate trying to please my case that I just want a refund since the original payment is less than the cost of the repair. This whole process has eaten up hours over several days of speaking with countless representatives. I felt like there was no one that truly understood my problem and how I only wanted to be made whole with this defective product.

I got the he 2019 MacBook pro 13 inch and it is amazing and also came with a charger, the only downside is that it gets hot really fast and the battery goes down kind of quick but as is not, I’m highly recommend and most definitely will order from this seller in the future.

Received my 13" MacBook Pro today.. a day earlier than anticipated, so I'm pleased about that! Took one star off because it came with what seems like a vinyl sticker on it, which I peeled off almost immediately. It seems like it was put on there to hide some blemishes that I'm not loving, but the case that I actually want will cover it. I also do not like the stickers on my laptops so it was coming off regardless. There doesn't seem to be any issues with this, but I've barely used it. It does get warm quickly. Everything works appropriately as far as I can telling. there's no issues with the audio output. Overall, I feel like this is a steal price wise. I'm always skeptical about refurbished/renewed products, but we are ballin' on a budget over here and this turned out perfect for what I need it for.

This MacBook is just what she wanted. It was well protected in shipping and got here earlier than expected. It's been a win, win experience.

Protect came in great packaging. Comes with charger wire and box. Looks brand new I am very impressed and happy with my order.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. When I first ordered this refurbished MacBook, I was sent one with terrible battery health—the settings literally said “Battery needs replacing,” and the cycle count was extremely high. I immediately requested a replacement, explaining that I’d only accept another unit if it met certain basic standards. To their credit, the seller did send a replacement that met all the criteria I’d asked for and initially looked much better. However, I noticed the overheating and loud fan issues almost immediately. At first, I thought it might be because the system wasn’t updated to the latest macOS, but even after updating, the problem persisted. It’s now been seven months of dealing with this, and my patience has completely run thin. For context, I’m a video editor and have used a Mac Pro for a few years. My previous Mac (which was sadly water-damaged) handled the same editing tasks with zero issues. This refurbished one, however, struggles to keep up and sounds like it’s about to take off every time I open an editing program. I really wanted to give refurbished laptops a fair chance, especially since I couldn’t afford a new MacBook or a costly repair. Unfortunately, this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I’ve tried to be patient—it’s been seven months since my original order—but this laptop has made my workflow frustrating and unreliable. I’m giving this seller 2 stars only because they honoured my replacement request the first time. Beyond that, I can’t recommend buying from them. Maybe I got unlucky, but if you’re considering a refurbished MacBook from this seller, proceed with caution.

Fue una excelente compra, puedo decir que la Mac llegó a un 98% de estética, solo tiene un ligero rayón en un costado pero es mínimo. La batería viene al 98%, la pantalla es totalmente nítida y sin ningún rasguño, el teclado perfecto, trae una mica que cubre tanto la pantalla como parte del touchpad. Una compra que vale totalmente la pena.

Came as expected! Although I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to update it (to a newer macOS version than what it’s currently running on; after a week or so of getting used to it, found that I wasn’t able too update to the newest one but did update it to its available capabilities, going beyond, doesn’t matter to me) however it still works great for what I need, in my opinion I made a great decision. I put removable glitter vinyl on top of it so you can’t see the logo but I love my MacBook it goes everywhere with me

Product arrived timely. It works well no issues and its serving the purpose for which i bought it very well. No scratches or damage to the product aswell, it was in good condition

The refurbished (Excellent) MacBook Pro was amazing on delivery, two days earlier than promised. The only marks were the faintest of scratches on the bottom. The unit looks brand new and has performed excellently. I highly recommend the vendor All Canadian Tech.

It looks, feels and works just like new. A couple of dings on one of the edges but overall I am happy with the product. This was a great deal and good upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Pro.
