Mojave Audio Large Diaphragm Solid State Condenser Microphone

I purchased this mic off a recommendation from a studio engineer. I needed something that could give me a nice fat sound on vocals and on a sax or other wind instruments. From the moment I connected this mic to my avalon 737, I heard the difference this mic made. The sound was so much more full and thick compared to my bluebird mic. I definitely recommend this mic. It has a nice neutral sound. It can sound dark compared to mics such as the bluebird or blue baby bottle, but it definitely has a much more beautiful natural sound. As a recommendation, run this mic through a pre and not directly into an audio interface as this mic tends to need more power.

Nice tight sounding mic.it has body and it is very worth investing in.i use it for vocals and I couldn't ask for a better mic
