A true beacon in the dark of micro flashlights
As someone always suspicious of lumen claims on flashlights ("It can burn a hole through paper! It can light up a city street!"), I'm always ready for high-lumen LED's to let me down. But, as a tiny pocket flashlight for a quick need, this little torch coming in at around 2" is quite a gem, offering four different brightness levels, a flashing option for emergencies, and a UV light for counterfeit bills and crime scene investigations for the armchair detectives of the world. The lowest light setting is absolutely perfect for low-light reading in bed or other non-invasive needs to those around you; second level is equivalent to old incandescent flashlights for efficient light and battery use; the third level is perfect for average flashlight needs similar to most LED flashlights of today, and the highest beam can easily illuminate bright distances of at least 100-150 feet quite brightly, enough to scan an average suburban yard incredibly better than an average traditional incandescent. The battery holds up well, but the high beam used constantly will wear it down very quickly, usually 30 minutes or less; the quick flash when the rubber-like button is pressed in steadily will use the highest beam until released and can easily blind or stun anyone or anything hit in the eyes with it, and the compact design with keyloop offers quick draws out of a pocket for immediate needs. The drawback is that it still uses the archaic USB micro to recharge, but at least offers a nice tight water-resistant rubber seal flap to plug in when not in use; while i haven't ever used or dropped it in water, at least the damage will be minimal if none at all if retrieved quickly. It also takes time to get used to double clicking the light to turn on, versus a traditional one-click, but this actually prevents accidental pocket turn-ons when say a set of keys or other object clicks it, keeping it from turning on indefinitely and wearing the battery down without the user knowing it; a well-thought feature that overcomes that minor annoyance to activate.Charging does take about 2 hours roughly, but easily done during the day when not needed or overnight while sleeping; it offers a blue LED to indicate charging and turns off when complete. An absolute must-have for EDC (everyday carry), stupendously bright on high, and extremely handy for anyone to have when needed most; light as a feather and extremely compact--so much so I often forget it's even in my pocket to begin with!

Great flashlight for a great price.
The brightness of the flashlight was very impressive. It charges fast and holds a long charge. It has other features on the flashlight but I use it most for emergencies when I need a light for my car or whatever. Well worth the price.

Good EDC. Almost just right.
Update: 2 months later. Often used for very short periods each time. I'm still impressed with this light. Still wish I didn't see the PWM strobing effect though. Importantly, it accidentally went through the wash and dryer. Still works! It did get wet inside (I could see the droplets/condensation on the inner walls.) I opened up the charging cover and placed the whole flashlight In a glass of uncooked rice for 2 nights. Looks like it all dried out. Works fine.I'm really impressed with this little featherweight. So much light from something this small and lightweight! It's so small, it can be a little troublesome to handle though if, like me you just keep it in your pocket and not on a keychain. Finding the button by feel is a wee bit troublesome, but not too bad. And it does take a good press to activate. Better that than have it easily turn on while carrying though. I like the user interface well enough. When the flashlight is off, pressing and holding the button goes to the highest light level until released. Smart. How many times I need a bright light just for a moment. Also, the ability to start at the super dim mode is very important to me (like for getting up at night so as to not bother people, or in a tent in the middle of the night, so you don't blind yourself! It's a fine level too. I might prefer a hair dimmer, but it's fine.). And it's not a noisy click switch either. All the brightness levels provided are about just right. The level just before the brightest is about all you'd need for regular use, and the ability to go to that 300 lumens is fantastic for when you need it.It's not the best light tint, but definitely fine. It's not that cold morgue lighting look at all.I really like the side auxiliary lights. The uv isn't really needed but it's fun and I just consider it a free bonus. The high cri light is great to have, (that one IS a really nice light color), and in that mode, the flashlight can be used as a little tent lantern hanging from the ceiling or to light a room (No tail standing, but stand it on it's head).Only a couple or so negatives for me, otherwise it might be just right: I really, really wish it had a pocket clip, and being sensitive to the "PWM" strobing effect, I sure wish it didn't use that. I've seen a lot worse pulse wave modulation on other lights, and I can live with this one. But it does bother me. It's mostly visible in the dimmer levels and not at all on the auxiliary light. And maybe an auxiliary red light might be useful for the occasional need to preserve night vision.I'm sure they will improve it one day, and this sucker will have to buy it!

Very useful and bright
I wear this on a lanyard while I'm working and it's extremely useful for looking at insides of knives and the UV is useful for checking cash paymentsThe UI is pretty simple

Can't go wrong with this mini light!
There are several brands out there with this type of mini lights with the same light combination features as this Tiki light, but for the cost! You get alot of value. Great to have as a standby for emergencies, to have in you car, to use through dark walkways, for nurses who need a quick light to check patients in their rooms, etc.. love the ability to be able to recharge the unit and it's small size goes great on you car keys or lanyard. The over quality and construction is great and the attaching clip is great to attach quickly to you keys. The only Cons about this light is that I wish it had memory programming, so it would turn on to the brightness setting you like so you don't have to be pressing the button several time to get there. Overall a great find and buy!
