I got this 2 strap version to use at the gym and while working out in the yard. Just rec'd and made one trip to the gym. I'll update / edit later if my opinion changes. The brace did not slip down at all while doing elliptical at the gym. The straps kept it in place, unlike my older strapless neoprene sleeve. The side 'springs' seem to add some stability to this as well. I have a bulkier / sturdier / expensive Corflex hinged braced from the VA and this is almost as good for support or pain relief. This less costly ($23) one from McDavid will be great if it lasts 6-12 months of rugged wear. I did not feel restricted while wearing at the gym. I think this is the same as the Shock Doctor brand. The brace did have a rubbery odor when I unpackaged it. I hosed it down with Lysol and its fine now. I measured approx 17-17.5 / XL and its pretty snug. I may opt for XXL when I have to replace this one. I would think one could order up and use the straps to tighten it without any trouble.

This got complicated. I first ordered the Large (15 - 17") as people said they fit tight. My knee is 15 1/4" so that seemed to make sense as the medium was rated 14-15. It fits OK, but I need to crank the straps over pretty tight & then I have a tuck on the top of my thigh, which hasn't been a bother so far. After a few uses I found that I need to crank it tighter & the Velcro is now going over the female side & pulling away at the stitching on the bottom, which will make it wear out sooner I guess. So, I ordered a medium just to see what it was like & wow was it tight! I could not get it up all the way so I sent it back (hurray Prime). To me the sizes should be 12-14, 14-16, 16-18, 18 - 20, etc. but I guess they have reasons for making them the way they do. For the money however it is a great support & way better than the Ortho one I had before.

This knee brace was purchased for my teenage athletic son before surgery. Hr was having instability issues of the knee and was able to get back on the basketball court and play for a month prior to surgery. The brace held his knee in place but is flexible. Snug fit, recommend sizing up if you are not sure.

Followed the measurements guide and ordered an XL. It’s snug and fits well but I would say if you are on the edge, order the larger size. Knee Brace works well just like my old McDavid brace did. Shipping was as advertised. I highly recommend.

Nice brace and is a large size, but much smaller than the older large size I already have. They charge more for larger braces so perhaps they shrunk the sizes to get more money.

Nicely constructed with quality materials. The sizing instructions you use to calculate your fit was accurate. Knee Braces fit tight and snug as you would expect it to do. I instantly felt an improvement once installed but not 100% - I would 75-80% which made s HUGE difference pain-wise. My pain was definitely more bearable! However... just a word of caution. Do not use this device against bare skin, it will cause blisters! A friend of mine had the same experience. She suggested that I pre-wrap the area where the Knee Brace comes in contact with the skin to prevent blistering which are extremely painful after the blister pops. Taking this precaution to heart, you will find this brand or any other brand for that matter, a very helpful tool to combat joint pain.

I have been using this knee support for a few days and I've already noticed an improvement. I was using an elastic wrap before and the injury seemed to linger. This support captures heat and warms the knee area. The pressure from the snug fit is also nice. The metal support provides a little resistance, but does not prevent the knee from bending during normal activity. Measure your knee for a correct size. Large fits a knee of 15-17 inches. My knee was just over 15 inches and I can fit the support snugly with the velcro-like straps. Medium would have been too tight. If your knee is on a border size, go with the next size up unless you have thin legs. I will sweat under this support even when I'm inside. The support looks and feels well made. I'm content so far and will update this review if that sentiment changes. Notes from the package: Do not wear for more than 2-3 hours. Hand wash only and drip dry. There is a warning about rubber allergy, dermatitis, and circulation problems. My support was made in Taiwan. And the plastic package was easy to open and can be reused for storage.

Ottima qualità, sostegno considerevole del ginocchio. Indicata per lievi patologie del capo articolare. Rispetto ai concorrenti più economici ha il vantaggio di rimanere ferma anche nell’uso più “estremo” (corsa, sci, tennis). Fate attenzione alle taglie: quelle indicate si riferiscono ai soli cm del ginocchio ma fasciando anche l’intersezione Ginocchio-quadricipite può risultare più o meno stretta a seconda del volume muscolare (o se non siete degli atleti, a quello adiposo).

Bon maintien, agréable à porter et pratique à enfiler mais attention ça taille petit. J'ai du renvoyer ma première pour prendre une taille au dessus malgré que javais pris les mesures...

Muy buena calidad, excelente soporte, pense que pudiera estar apretada pero el juego de basket la sentí muy comoda, no se movio de su lugar como normalmente ocurre con otras marcas. Deben de poner mucha atencion con la talla.
