Work great in DELL T440 Server
Bought these for a new DELL T440 Server where I didn't want to spend for the overpriced DELL drives. This part is difficult or impossible to get from DELL, but these look exactly like the ones that come with the server - all the lights are functional and the correct color and the fit into the chassis is spot on. Could not be happier.

Decent product for the money
Product showed up used. Luckily no parts were missing, but one of the trays was bent. I was able to bend it back straight enough that it would still insert into my server, but it was a little frustrating to pay full price for a used/damaged product.

Perfectly functional in Dell MD1400
Worked great to populate drives one of our MD1400 drive arrays. Wish they came with drive tag stickers

Took a bit of adjusting
Fits my R320 but very tight fit. Had to really adjust the drive to sit just right to get it to close all the way but it works good.

Almost Perfect
Got these for my Dell PowerEdge R730 3.5" 8-Bay server. These caddies are well constructed, close to the Dell OEMs. They are well-marked and the provided instructions make it an ease for disk installation. I would have given these a 5-star rating, however 2 of the caddies had faulty LED indicators.

Just as good as the OEM tray
When purchasing a Poweredge server from Dell, additional drives were much more expensive than purchasing these trays along with some Samsung Pro SSD drives I found at https://amzn.to/2unhxvp These trays worked just as well as the OEM trays in my Dell Poweredge Server. Pairing these trays up with some aftermarket SSD's saved me a fortune. These trays include a bracket for 2.5" drives, which you will need if you plan on using SSD drives. Also, these trays included stickers for the front of the tray to ID drives & included all the screws needed to install a drive of either 3.5" or 2.5" into the tray. Will definitely buy more of these in the future.

Beware - the bracket is trash.
I am sending my broken bracket back to Amazon.. The screws and bracket to not match up. It looks to me that the bracket screw holes were not made correctly so the screws cannot screw into the holes. I have tried my own screws but like I said the screw holes were not manufactured correctly. Thanks a lot, this delayed our entire project....piece of junk.
