I wanted a wrist pad because: On both arms, there's a bone that sticks out at the base of the palm, on the side opposite the thumb, & that bone was getting very sore resting on my desk. This wrist pad eliminates that problem.Pros for me:o It's soft & gives, but still firm.o The bottom surface kind of grips onto the desk, & the pad doesn't move around. It's not sticky, but somehow it holds the pad in place.o The wrist pad has an array of dimples on the surface. Sometimes when I'm thinking, I'll line up my fingers on the dimples. So it provides kind of a fidget device too. :)Cons for me:o There is a slight residual chemical odor. I only smell it if I put my nose close to the pad.Note: I use the wrist pad with a laptop computer. The laptop itself has a flat surface in front of the keyboard area. When I'm actually typing (like right now), the bones in my wrist are resting on the plastic, & the middle of my wrist is on the wrist pad. It's when I pull my hands back from the keyboard and just have them at rest, or move the cursor with the touchpad, that my wrist bones are actually on the wrist pad.

very useful item !!
OMG!!!! This item is perfect! I have issues with my wrist due to injuries and this makes typing so much easier. It is the exact height for my keyboard so my wrists don't get tired. When my wrists do start to hurt I just rub them back and forth across the indents on the pad and it helps them recover a bit faster. I mean it isn't a miracle but it allows me to type for a bit longer before having to put on my brace. The stickiness of the bottom works great in keeping the pad in place so I don't have to worry about it moving out of the perfect distance from my keyboard. And This one is superb item and i think this one is great product for those who want to type fast.I definitely would buy again and recommend it to anyone who has a keyboard that is standard height.

This is weird, I use this as an elbow rest in my truck and gaming PC
I suffer from "truckers elbow" which is a pressure related issue from resting my arm in the same place while driving and gaming on my PC. Serious elbow pain secondary to resting on my ulnar nerve all the time.I bought these memory foam rests and some double sided 3M tape, slapped the small one where I wrest my elbow on my truck (because the huge one won't fit), and use the large one as an elbow rest when I'm gaming (literally not a wrist rest, but an elbow rest). No more elbow pain. The foam is soft enough to take the pressure off my nerve and alleviate my pain.So take this for what it is worth, but these suckers are soft, relieve pressure, and hold up well. I might buy another set for my work desk since I spend a decent amount of time there. I have always hated wrist rests for my computer setups, but just see these as "pressure relieving pads" and slap them wherever you want. The bottom of them is very adhesive friendly and does the trick (very nice sticky surface). None needed for my computer desk, 3M tape needed for my truck because it's surface is rough and anti-adhesive (believe me my cell phone magnet disks have tried).

Great quality for the price
Came 2 days after I ordered as promised. The keyboard one is very soft and the adhesive works well on my extended mouse pad so it doesn’t move. The mouse pad is a bit firm but I think that’s because of the size. All in all very please with the price, comfort and quality

What everyone working from home should get!
When I started working from home over a year ago, I didn't think to buy a keyboard rest. I had one for my mouse and thought I would get by with that alone. I developed a progressively painful injury to my wrists/forearms from excessive typing/mousing.This keyboard rest does the trick! Historically I've had "oozing" experiences with the gel ones, so I decided to go with foam. The surface is soft, and the dimples on the rest provide added comfort. The firmness is medium-firm to firm. The matte black look can blend into any desk setup. Good job!
