Top strap seem short, just barely fit around headrest post. Once you add molle compatable items the organizer tends to sag at the top with the added weight. It could use a secondary strap near the top to wrap around full seat to increase stability

I love anything that's equipped with molle. For the price, this seat organizer is a good deal. It's a bit flimsy, but if you tie it up right, then it's not too bad. I have it on my passenger seat facing forward. The American flag is a nice touch.
