I have to tell you how impressed I am with the Roux Mix. The ease of use is amazing. The ingredients are exactly what I would put in a roux. The seasoning is spot on. Whipped up a nice thick dark brown roux in a few minutes and no burned taste which you get sometimes with traditionally cooked roux. GET THIS!!!

Easy to use
EXCELLENT product! Saves a lot of time and gives a completely Authentic taste without ALLLLLL the time stiring oil and flour. ALL that oil is just a carrier for the Browned flour, you and your body do NOT need all that!

HOWEVER, ship in a BOX, please
I love this Roux! It's a great product! But Amazon, you need to ship this item in a box, not flopping around loose in a shipping bag where the container gets smashed and leaks! Seriously. It's a food product packaged in a cardboard container - why should I even need to say this.

Not being able to travel south during Covid made me realize how much I use this in my kitchen ,Stews, soups, sauces and gravies all benefit from a dash of this I highly recommend it . I bought a four pack and gave one each to my kids .

Pretty Bland
Was damaged in shipping. Follow the directions and gravy was watery. Even for powdered mix really bland. The other products I have gotten have been great. Disappointed
