This works perfect for my particular need. I don't have incontinence problems but due to hemorrhoid issues I sometimes have fluids leak out after bowel movements, up to a few hours after. I insert one of these if I think I might have a problem that day and, if so, the moisture keeps it in place and I can dispose of it a a couple hours after I get to the office. If not, then I just have to get rid of a dry pad that is somewhat kept in place by my form fitting boxer briefs.When I first started having hemorrhoid problems there were a lot more fluids, including blood, and I don't think this would have been a good solution for that amount of moisture. Luckily, I've learned to manage my problem to the point that this product is perfect for my needs.

I was excited about this item and really wanted it to work. I tried and tried, but it simply wouldn't stay. I followed the instructions illustrated on the box, and it just kept falling out. Sometimes it stayed for maybe an hour; but eventually, it always came off. I know adhesive could be irritating to the skin, but it certainly needs something more to make it workable.

You better focus on the word LIGHT!!!! And for that minor leakage they are fine. Usefull if applying ointment to anus and don't want to soil underwear. This product should have more details in the description. You better be working with extreme light fecal leakage, these are TINY! The width is 3 and a half inches. The length is 2 and half inches in the area that will be covering the anus. The full length at the extremes is 5 inches. I think they would work if you have fear of passing gas and having a SLIGHT accident. What I thought I was getting was a High Absorbency "liner" for lack of a better word. These things are designed to be folded, placed in between your cheeks and held in place by your body. Well good luck with that. If your looking for protection from any kind of loose movement don't buy these. (They have zero water proofing, not that they claimed it.) The only thing I will say is they are 1 millimeter thin so no one knows they are there.

A recent medical procedure made this necessary. It does come in handy. A few people were unhappy with the small size, but this works perfect. If you need something larger there are other options. The only thing I didn't like...was the shipping. It was packed into a envelope and was transferred to the USPS. They crammed it into the mailbox and the box was crushed and the product was coming out.

These are awesome. They’ve saved my pants so many times. And I love that they’re non adhesive so I’m not dealing with glue in uncomfortable places.
