Full Size Multimedia USB LED Lighted Keyboard for Windows 2000 / XP/Vista / 7 / ME/NT

I decided to try this as my first lighted keyboard. I have to admit that I love the over sized, blue lighted text which is toggle switchable to orangish-red. However.... I have to say that the placement of the home, page up, page down and end keys directly next to the undersized backspace key and undersized enter key is very frustrating. Also you should be a aware, like most other lighted keyboards this is a bit of a clickity clakker and not really something you would be able to use a night to keep your spouse from being disturbed by the noise. The multimedia keys along the top are an excellent feature, but unfortunately they are the smallest keys and are barely lit up.I'm finding this really unusable by the key placement... I will return. I'm going to try a competitors keyboard which uses a standard PC '106' layout. A bit of a bigger keyboard, hopefully it will make a lot less noise..For my HTPC I use some large print, 5USD, yellow and black vinyl keyboard overlay stickers. They are quite viewable from the light of a large monitor.

some keys are small, especially shift and backspace keys. lighted keys are especially helpful in dim lit situations.

Nice product- Only drawback is tha the Keyboaard when turned off the letters are too dark to see without the light. What is good when lighted is the large letters are great. The size is perfect and conveniently compact and space saving. The price is perfect for what the product is.

I am writing this review using my new, large type lighted keyboard. FANTASTIC! Orange or blue lighting (your choice), well laid out keyboard and huge letters. I should have done this 10 years ago. You can use this in a completely dark room. Note that it comes only with a USB cord. I do not know if it would work through a regular keyboard outlet with an adapter for your computer (power vs non power issue from USB)

Finally set this up w/ some help from the guys I bought it from. New flat connection rather than the rounded one, but the keyboard w/ the light up keys is the bomb. Great service from this co & would definitely buy from them again.

I needed a new keyboard because my old one had fallen too many times.I wanted a lighted keyboard because I'm usually on the pc without the light on.The only thing I'd change about the keyboard is the lighting. My old keyboard had adjustable lighting where you cold take the colors out and use a white light if you wanted to.This keyboard only has orange and blue lighting.

Can see very well in any lighting situation.Only small issue I've experienced is sometimes missing the backspace key - since it's the same size as all other keys. I sometimes end up hitting the Home key in error (which if you aren't paying attention, or you look at your fingers when typing, starts to insert new keystrokes at the beginning of the line).

I've only had it for a short time but so far I'm totally satisfied. Received it quickly and the large illuminated keys are just right for this old geezer.
