You simply insert your mitred mouldings into the clamp, apply glue to the join and securely clamp in position using the turn handle. Once held you turn the clamp over and using the hand held V nailing tool insert one or two V nails. The V nailing tool has a retractable magnetic tip for holding the V nails in position, whilst using a hammer to strike the V nail into the workpiece. For irregular shaped mouldings a triangular pad is supplied to support the moulding when inserting the V nail. The complete kit comprises of a clamp, insert tool, support pad, 4oz bottle of wood adhesive and 100 x 10mm softwood V Nails. This is an excellent joining system that will prove invaluable in the workshop when framing.
