Yes4All Cast Iron Ruck Weight Plates for Backpack - Multiple Size for Rucking, Swings, Squat, Strength Training, Fitness Workout and Home Exercises

Brought primarily for rucking as it’s easier than trying to load a rucksack with traditional weight plates. Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment. Absolute value for money.

Love how little space this takes up so perfect for rucking. And the handles are great for work outs too. Nothing to complain about at all, does the job perfectly.

Three of these 10lb plates fit nicely into my RPC, decent price to boot.

As described, heavy, handle at either end. Does what is says. Well worth the money.

The plates are solid, and the hand holds are of a decent size, allowing for a firm grip even with large hands and slightly sweaty. Used for tabbing and secured in a pack with a towel to protect the lower back and works great, just slide in and go.

Not disappointed

Great value for money. This particular weight of 10Ib and dimensions fit perfectly in my GoRuck.

Great versatile weight plates. Good size for backpack and the shape spreads the weight out. Previously I had a kettlebell digging into my back. Good for other exercises as well. Id like a heavier one for curls, shoulder presses etc. Ive made up a strap that attaches to the handles that I can secure to my back for pushups

Besides just using it as a ruck I also use it for other exercises

Very convenient, comfortable design that works well in a backpack.
