Compression ankle support
I sometimes get this burning, unbearable pain on the top of my foot at night when I sleep. I would wake up crying. I tried this ankle sleeve the first night I got it and no pain. Tried the second night, no pain. I didn't wear it the third night and the pain was back. It seems to be working to keep the pain away while I sleep as long as I wear it. Now for the cons.. it's very tight, almost too tight. I do not have a large foot and I got the medium. One night it left a deep gash that kinda burned after I took it off. Another night it rubbed the back of my heel and left a painful mark. My suggestion is to size up. I know it's supposed to be a compression support but you won't wear it if it's uncomfortable. Hope this helps.

This product is extremely small
This product was a huge disappointment. It's extremely small I couldn't use it at all. It would not even fit over my toes and I don't have a large foot. I waited too long to return this product so I have to count it as a lost. But I would not recommend this product for anyone.

Good product & Awesome experience
I had some major foot surgery that had impact on my ankle, long story. I love to play golf and was looking forward to returning to the game. Got, the green light after eight months away from the game. After, going to the range and playing a round it was clear that I would need some type of support. As the foot and ankle got stronger, I was able to move away from the bulkie brace. So, I found the CopperJoint Compression Sleeve. It was everyhting I was looking for. It was light weight and the quality was top notch. The performance of the sleeve also met my expectation. Not only do I wear it playing golf, I now wear anytime I have high activity day or event. Do I still discomfort during playing and busy day, yes I do. But my recovery time is so much faster. I notice a major difference from when I wear the sleeve and when I don't. Also have to add, that the company customer services is outstanding. They were simply awesome. The sleeved arrived, I tried it on and it was just to small. The company pro-activity contact me to see if the sleeve arrived on time. I mentioned to them that it did but the sleeve was just to small. They any questions shipped out a second right away. No wait, no fuss. What a great feeling to finally work with a company that gets it. I recommend the sleeve and I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Western medicine would attribute the benefit to an extraordinarily fine weave of the fiber
I have a serious chronic injury of my right ankle. The ankle is post multiple operative repairs for open fracture and internal fixation of a badly displaced tri-malleolar fracture 18 years ago. The resultant pain is constant. The Copper Joint sleeve reduced the pain significantly- from a 6 to 8 /10 pain to a 2-3/10 pain. That is truly a remarkable reduction in pain scale. If I take the sleeve off at night, the pain level shoots quickly up to 8/10. As an Emergency Physician, I do not fully undertand how it works. Western medicine would attribute the benefit to an extraordinarily fine weave of the fiber, with the action of the copper being poorly understood. Folk medicine would attribute the effect mostly to some sort of ion exchange or magnetic field interplay involving the copper. It is true that, for me, woven supports without the copper have not been effective. The Copper Joint Sleeve most certainly is effective. I advise patients to try it. As an ER doctor, I do not get much feedback from patients (I see them in the ER and do not see patients in follow-up)... But I am conviinced it works. You have nothing to lose by trying it yourself. I will never be without it. Robert C. Henry, M.D.

Too small,
Too small, I wear a size 7 shoe and this is too small. the cutout for the heel digs in at the back of the heel.,

It Really Works!
I have moderate to severe arthritis in my right ankle due to several fractures 20+ years ago. I am pretty active and the pain was impacting what I like to do, including riding my horse. At certain gaits that I asked my horse to perform, my ankle was so painful I had to go back to a walk. This compression ankle sleeve has helped immensely-to the point were I asked my horse to trot, and I could continue to trot without pain! It has also relieved pain while walking. It's pretty comfortable too. Be sure to measure your foot as directed to make sure you get the correct fit.
