Snap-Clip and Secure
This is a very easy product to use. I constructed a bedframe and used these rail brackets to secure headboard and foot board. These do not take a Master's Degree from MIT to use. Great value and good product.

I replaced my old brackets with these. They were easy to install and are holding up well after several months.

Great Value But Does Need Some Rigging
Will try to add pictures later but for some reason Amazon is not allowing me to upload pics along with the review currently. Sorry about that.As other reviewers mentioned this bed hardware does not come ready to install with proper screws/hardware in the package. Two main issues as mentioned by others: (1) Screws are not long enough for the bracket that the teeth side slide onto. (2) When the side with the teeth are mounted to the board they do not have enough clearance for the teeth to actually slip onto the opposite bracket and will therefore need a small shim in place first. For the average do-it-yourself people these issues won't be too difficult to work around. If you don't think of yourself as someone able to work around the issues I highly recommend going with another style bracket. The bonus though for those who can work around these two things is you'll save a lot of money. From what I saw, the other brackets similar in style are three or four times the price so there's that to consider.I wanted to share the way I installed these brackets as an idea to others who are interested in purchasing them. Instead of surface mounting the bracket that the teeth slide into I decided to chisel out the area of wood necessary to make them a flush surface mount. This solved the problem about needing a shim under the opposite side with the teeth. All I had to do was make sure the teeth were sticking out beyond the side rail the right amount to connect almost seamlessly to the headboard and footboard. I also could have used a router but I had a brand new chisel set I was excited to try so I did it that way instead. More time and effort but I'm very pleased with the end result. For the value in price of this set of brackets I would absolutely purchase them again and again. I also want to mention in response to the reviewer who said they are crap and bend easily, I truly disagree with that statement. Yes, you can bend the teeth with not necessarily a lot of force, however, that's not where the strength comes from holding them in place. These are perfectly strong for their intended purpose. Sure, you could bend the teeth back and forth and possibly make them unstable but why would you be trying to bend them in the first place!? I'm betting the answer to that was to try and create space for them to properly connect but if you aren't going to do a chiseled or routed out edge as I show in my setup all you have to do is use a small shim as another reviewer showed they did. Simple fix.

Great, Great, Great!
Bought these as a last resort for a twin bed. We had bought a used wooden twin bed frame and headboard at a yard sale. After spending a lot of work stripping paint and refinishing it, we found that we were unable to use the screws that held it together because of wear. Went to the hardware store several times to attempt to use other methods without success. Finally decided to look online for ideas, I wasn't doing all that work refinishing it for nothing! I saw these and read the reviews, thought it couldn't do any worse than anything else we had tried..These were great! Easy to install, they weren't flimsy at all (one review said they were), couldn't bend them, period. They were installed flush to the surface, we got the bed together, and it's stayed together without a hitch. Considering the bed belongs to a very very active 4 year old grandson, who loves jumping on the bed, I'm totally impressed and would definitely buy them again if I needed them.

Buyer be ware!
Once again my bed broke last night from me simply sitting on it (I weight 145-150 pounds) because the included screws with this kit are not wood screws and very cheap garbage, after trying to figure out what went wrong not only did I end up with a splinter in my finger that I had to remove with tweezer from examining the wood I realized that the included screws literally broke in half 🤬 if you decide to buy this product don't even bother with the screws they give you go out to the hardware store and buy a decent set of wood screws... so much for the convenience of amazon!

Item quality good, Control quality sucks
The quality of the item is pretty good. Measurements are accurate and teeth to bracket connection is very snug. That's exactly what you want when connecting bed rails. However, I got 3 "left" connectors and one "right". Just to clarify, if I turn the teeth to be outside as it should be, one connector needs to be turned upside down. Pictures are attached to describe the problem. You can see on the second picture that I had to flip one connector and do some reshaping (not too complicated). I had to finish my project today, so I couldn't afford to go back and forth with returning.Partially, it's my fault for not checking this out before installation. So, learn from my example and check what is in the package first.
