I can see from the youtube video that these plates can adjust the total toe, but what about the indivdual front wheel toe? how can this be adjusted?

Only total toe can be measured. If the steering wheel is not centered after adjustments are made one tie rod can be turned "in" while the other tie rod is turned "out" THE SAME NUMBER OF TURNS. This will adjust the position of the steering wheel but not affect the toe which has already been set.

Measurements please? Distance from floor to wheel stand-off? Minimum and maximum distance between stand-offs?

The standoffs sit about 7” high and adjust from 10-21.75" in width. Our SKU: 3300 2-Wheel System is bigger with a height of about 9", and the same adjustment width.

How do i know the wheels are straight and not just crooked the same amout on both sides?

you're measuring the distance between the wheels at the front and at the back. if it's the same, the wheels are parallel and so on

Hi, with this tool. i have problem one of my rear wheel need to correct the toe, but how do i know which one right or left of my rear need to adjust?

This will not really help you then. What this tool does is it gives you total toe reading not individual toe for each side...
