Love this product. There was a white build up in my dishwasher that I was constantly having to clean out let alone the fog on my clear glasses. After using this once, the white build up was cleared out and my clear dishes were clear again. Besides it being Eco Friendly! I highly recommend!

It is pricey but it is doing its job great.We have hard water and septic system and this detergent works great . Dishes are clean after cycle. Some can be with dirt , but anyway it is the best septic safe product so far .

I like my dishes looking clean and sparkling without the residue. Recommended.

Was initially given some of this by a neighbor. Tried it and loved it! The inside of my dishwasher used to have a constant build up of white... stuff. Probably a combination of detergent and hard water deposits. Running a cleaning cycle reduced, but did not remove them. I used this twice, and the deposits were GONE. They have not reappeared. My dishes come out nice and clean. The only downside is the price, but I can live with it.

This is honestly the BEST dishwashing detergent I've found. I recently bought a new dishwasher & used the "recommended" Cascade detergent. After only a few cycles, my dishwasher & dishes were covered with that nasty white film! My mom was given some Diamond Brite since she was having the same issue & she was amazed at how well it worked. Although this detergent is quite a bit more expensive, it is absolutely worth it! I never have the white residue and my dishes are spotless!

We have hard water ... on the expensive side but would have been worth it if it worked liked the picture .

Some of the packets were broken, so I have to guess how much is necessary for a wash. Otherwise, I love the product.

First of all the pkg has many empty or opened pacs so I did not get the 20 loads.It leaves a powder residue on my dishes both when I use the dispenser and when I just drop in the tub.I ran mine with pre-rinse than dispenser than rinse again and still residue is on my dishes.This did not make the glasses clear but cloudy and it was a no go one coffee and tea rings or stains.I am sad because melaleuca is known for working products, I love their dish soap it leaves my dishes by hand beautifully clean.

I appreciate that this is considered a 'clean' product for health, but it leaves brown tea rings on the white cups and other detergents take it out. I would say other dishwasher tabs trump this product. I do like that there is no remaining bleach smell but I won't be buying it again.
