Freebird Women's Wyatt Harness Boot

Crazy beautiful boot! I have a slim leg, so the lacing on this boot is genius for getting a snug fit (even at the ankle). That being said, I really had to tighten up the laces a lot (enough that they wrap around the top twice), so I think these could definitely work for anyone with average size calves as well. The leather is beautiful quality, great smell, all leather sole, and made in Mexico. I have western boots costing double these that are made in Mexico, and these are definitely comparable high quality. Mexico makes the edgier style boots better than anyone these days. The style is a perfect hybrid of western, and biker, and the slightly higher heel still allows them to look dressy enough with skirts and casual dresses. Really very good value for the money. I got them in the Cognac color, and they are beautiful. I will keep this brand on my radar for future purchases.

These boots are gorgeous, high quality, and color is true to the photograph (I bought the black ones). Unfortunately, the adjustments based upon the lacing outside the boot is not very practical if you have (1) back problems or (2) artificial hips ... the twisting and pulling on both sides before you can get the lacing just right is very uncomfortable. If you live like folks did back in the 17th and 18th centuries and have a "valet" or other type of helper who can take care of this lacing for you, it's much easier. I wanted to keep them, but found that outer lacing feature impractical for my situation (p.s. I tried lacing them and then putting them on afterwards ... invariably, there is some adjustment that needed to be made).

Awesome looking shoe, but had to send back...just crushed my toes at the end, and I don't have wide feet.

I adore these boots. They are so cool and unique. They cinched up perfectly to accommodate my narrow calves and the leather quality is outstanding. They just didn't fit my narrow heel and we're clunky to walk in. Plus they run small and I would need an 8.5 which isn't an option. But if they fit you, they are SO worth the $$$!

I bought a 10 and they sent me a 9. Wayyy too small! Returned.

I'm a little annoyed that just days after spending $350 on these, the price has been reduced to $314 for the size and color I ordered.. Oh well, it doesn't make me love them any less:)These boots are magnificent. I previously ordered the Coal in tan, but wasn't entirely happy with the color so I returned them. Then I ordered these in the Cognac. I am usually an 8, occasionally 81/2, but because they don't come in half sizes I ordered the 9. The Coal ran small, and the sizing was perfect, so I thought these would be the same. These, however seem looser, even with a narrower toe box. 81/2 would have been perfect, but I'll just wear a thicker sock.They are just divine. The colors are gorgeous tones of light to dark brown. I think I'll be wearing them forever. At this price I better, lol. I've never spent this much on boots before, but they are totally worth it. They were comfortable right out of the box. I have 13 inch calves, and I did need to loosen the laces to get the zip up, but I imagine they'll stretch out as time goes on.If you're hesitant about purchasing these boots - DON'T BE. They're the most beautiful footwear I've ever seen.

OMG!! I bought these for my sister for her birthday; she tried them on and I DIED! They were stunning! The color is amazing and the boots are extremely well made, high quality!!!! She likes the shorter booties but I thought there was no way she could turn these gorgeous boots down. Unfortunately, she just doesn't like tall boots AT ALL. If they would have been my size I would have kept them. She said they fit great because most Freebirds are usually too big and wide- she said these were SO comfy and fit so great. I did have to return them, but there was no stress or worry there because Amazon is so great about customer service they helped me through the process and made it SUPER DUPER easy! I HIGHLY recommend AMAZON and these stunning boots!!!!!!!!!

I had to return because i didnt realize these look like cowboy boots below - very pointy and toe box sticks up. Also its a big stacked heel , higher than i thought.These boots are very nice quality. 100% leather even soles are.They look expensive.If you dont like cowboy boots dont buy these.I was wanting more of a riding boot look.Sizing.. I wear 8.5 i got a 9 plenty of room, they fit great.Justa fyi If you wear over sz 14 these prob wont fit your calf.
