This book is essential for breaking down and explaining the fundamentals of the heart, how it works and EKG rhythm basics. As a well seasoned nurse I still find it helpful and would recommend this book for all new cardiac/tele nurses or nurses working in acute care areas that monitor heart rhythms.

Bought this book for my wife and it came in on time and showed up in brand new condition. What else can you ask for? My wife is a newer nurse and she loves the book to use as reference.

This book does share the basics in EKG. I was looking for something more with more detail.

This book was very helpful in learning heart rhythms for nursing school. It has lots of practice problems to help and nicely breaks down each rhythm into a condensed, easy to read format.

Very good, quick reference. Use it to get uo to speed with basic cardiac ekgs and rhythms you could potentially see on med surg floors and the ER!
