Absolutely delicious! Bought 2 boxes of these and want more. Excellent quick and healthy snack. Absolutely my favorite protein bars. Low in sugar and stuffed with protein!

I'm a 73 YO man with type 2 diabetes that's taking Mounjaro 10mgs weekly . So one of the effects of GLP-1 medication besides fat loss is also muscle loss . So to combat the muscle loss is to devour up to 40 grams of protein per meal . Also take Leucine amino acid & other amino acids , too . I've shed over 20lbs in the last 4 months so making an attempt to somewhat stay in some sort of non stick figure shape , I need help as fore mentioned . Plus work outs are different by using lesser weights , more reps at a slower pace . So eating one of these , strawberries , blueberries & a banana @ breakfast give me part of the 40 grams & I like these compared to other brands . After my work outs I consume a Pure Protein shake plus other foods including more fiber .. These are good & tasty & hit the spot .

These are the best protein bars I have ever had. I'm not fan of the aftertaste in a lot things with low or no sugar, but these are great. The only problem is I only like the chocolate peanut butter CARAMEL. I say caramel loudly because I bought the variety pack after trying it and the chocolate peanut butter was not good. I could barely finish it, but with the chocolate peanut butter caramel I wanted more. The galatic brownie one would probably come in 2nd. Chocolate chip one really didn't have a sweetness to it that I was hoping or expecting. Barely any chips. The chocolate deluxe one is good, but the chocolate taste is so strong I hint almost a sourness (you know when you have dark chocolate or strong cocoa?). I'm a little nervous to buy a box of the others now, but luckily Walmart sells boxes of 4.

Love these! O sugar, taste chocolaty, good crunch. I eat one every day for breakfast and it keeps me full till about 11.

I used to buy them in Sam’s Club but we found here in smaller boxes that allow to order other flavors. Love it.

Decent protein bars for the price. The chocolate deluxe flavor is pretty 'meh', and it has a chalky aftertaste. The chewy chocolate chip flavor doesn't really taste like chocolate chips should, and it has a off flavor I can only describe as 'odd' - reminds me of the after taste of a Clark bar a little bit. The chocolate peanut butter flavor is my favorite, and I think it's pretty good, but it doesn't really taste like peanut butter or proper chocolate - the most prominent flavor is definitely vanilla, but vanilla is not listed specifically in the ingredients. Maybe it's one of the 'natural flavors'. Maybe it's something that tastes a lot like vanilla. Either way, if I got a pack of 18 of just the chocolate peanut butter flavor, it'd be one star better. None of them taste bad to me, but the two just don't taste very good either. They all have kind of a dense chewy texture, which I like. The price is good for online. Each bar is 50g, or a bit on the small side of medium, with ~20g protein per bar. Right now Cliff makes a comparably priced bar with 20g of protein bar that is 68g (quite a bit larger), has more carbs but also 3x the sodium. I'd say the latter tastes better, and due to its size is more filling, so it really depends on what you're going for. In the end, my expectations for the price range were met but not exceeded. I think that if you're expecting great flavor, or a tremendous value, you will be disappointed. For this product, I think the saying 'you get what you pay for' sums it up. 20g protein in a convenient package for about $1 per serving. For an Amazon comparison, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey protein powder is $55.09 for ~74 servings at 24g per serving (comparable, so let's just say it's 1:1 for the sake of this comparison). $0.74 cents per serving. With the powder you get a little more protein, and it's 3/4 the price. With the bars, you get some roughage and they will be better for appetite suppression/sustenance, but depending on your use you may or may not want that. For me, they're a compromise - a snack that has some extra protein and isn't total garbage (at least, I imagine they're better for me than chips, crackers, or candy).

I wrote a review last week about the chocolate peanut butter version of Pure Protein's bars. I will try not to duplicate that entire review here, but keep in mind that the chocolate peanut butter flavor is one of three different flavors that is included in this variety pack. Bottom line on this product is that it is the most inexpensive way I have found as of yet on an extremely high quality protein bar that it not loaded with sugars, carbohydrates or a bunch of scary sounding chemicals. Of the three in the variety pack, the chocolate peanut butter is still my favorite. The other two products taste good as well. Just take a look at the label. The chocolate peanut butter bars have 20g of protein with only 16g of Carbohydrates and around 2g of sugars. If you happen to be a diabetic (like me) these bars are like a dream snack come through. These bars let you satisfy your sweet tooth while still staying completely within your diabetic diet. I have never had my blood sugar spike after eating these. Even after I was starving and ate two in a row there are no spikes and I am still well within my allotment of sugars and carbs for the day. Besides the taste and the high quality proteins that these bars contain, this Variety Pack also has the lowest cost-per-bar you can find under the Pure Protein brand. Why this is the case, I don't know. I'm just happy to have found this "loophole" in their pricing. I often work 8 hour shifts where I am not allowed more than a single 30 minute break. These bars are perfect for situations like mine where you need to eat something, but don't have much time, money or make a big mess. One of these gets me though an 8 hour shift with a sustained release of energy and glucose. I have used quite a few Pure Protein products over the years. I know them mostly from their protein shakes. I've always had good results with their products and this one is definitely their best "invention" yet. One minor downside, which is no fault of the manufacturer at all... If you get these as part of a Subscribe and Save subscription, make sure that the other items you subscribe to aren't heavy enough to crust the boxes that these bars come in. I made the mistake of having my bars shipped with a 30lb bag of cat litter. Needless to say, the cat litter "won" that battle! I can not recommend this product highly enough. As a diabetic, especially, it is very hard to find a mess-free, compact and inexpensive snack that will not spike your blood sugars or ruin your diet. These bars are exactly what I was looking for and will be re-ordering them indefinitely.

Second time purchase of this brand’s protein bars. Previously I tried them from iHerb and they are really affordable, lower in calories and high on protein. They taste great as well!

High protein with controlled calories, these bars have great taste and texture. I have them with coffee like a dessert snack! It satisfies my sweet tooth and provides protein I need to reach my daily minimum. Takes a bit long to get them but just plan and order in advance. Recommend
