How do i pick between this and 100% deet spray for my clothes and my rucksack?

100 percent can't go on bare skin the 40 percent works great I work on farms and outdoors constantly in high grass and brush with the 40 percent I have no problems. When I have not sprayed I get 30 to 40 ticks at a time

The title says 25%, on the can is written 40%. which one is true? if i order it as 25%, would i receive 25 or40?

40% is the correct figure. I once had the same question. The prose description might be a holdover from when the product contained only 25% DEET, and was later 'upgraded' without changing the title. 40% is what you'll receive.
