These fentanyl urine drug tests work like they are supposed to work, positive when they should be positive and negative when they should be negative. They are easy to use and give fast results. I’ve gone through probably 20 of them and all the results have been accurate. I suggest these if you need to know if you are clean or if you are drug testing a loved one!

Accurate and easy to use! I feel like people are mistakenly using the fentynyl tests to test for other drugs and then saying they are inaccurate. Each test I have used on myself or someone else has been 100% on point. Positive when should be positive and negative when should be negative. Heroin/opiates will NOT test positive for fentanyl and vice versa! You need to buy an opiate drug test to test for heroin, and fentanyl to test for fentanyl. They break down differently in the body and the tests detect different metabolites for each drug. Please keep this in mind! Most of the "heroin" on the streets nowadays is fentanyl or a mix. If you suspect your child or loved one of using, buy both fentanyl and opiate tests to see what they are using. Even the pills on the streets now are cut with fentanyl, such as adderall, xanax, and other non opioids. The best thing to do if you have any concerns is buy these fentanyl tests along with a 10 panel, that will cover all your bases :)

If you need to know for yourself or to test a loved one they work I didn’t find any defective tests in the ones I purchased either! So a good buy if it’s what you need to test for

Well let me start off by say three out of 10 didn't register at all, so that's bad. I bought because my daughter is addicted to fentanyl and in trying to get her clean I purchased. When I knew she was dirty I tested her and one didn't register at all so same sample I used another one and it came back positive she denied so again I tested with same same and again dirty. She still tried to deny saying it was the test, so I went and collected a urine sample from myself, that came back Clean! Duh! So not knowing how long stuff stayed In system I tested her again a couple days later and again two more didn't register at all but 3rd one on that day came back positive still. But I knew it was just from what she had done prior. So about 5 days after first test, I did a third testing and she was finally clean. And I knew she was. So yes, although not all tests were good I do believe they were accurate and I keep some on hand to test and try to keep her on track. A few dollars to help keep her or anyone else alive , I think is worth it.

Very easy to use! And handy to have especially with the fentanyl epidemic we have in this country. People are pressing pills made of fentanyl and it's getting so dangerous you can't even ask a friend for a Tylenol without worry of fentanyl. I personally bought these because a friend got a legit prescription that looked "off" and not like their normal medication. So we tested for fentanyl. Thank God each test done was negative for the drug! Every household who has a recovering addict or gets legit prescription medication should have these test strips on hand!

Ordered these right before Christmas and they work great… for some reason now though it won’t let me order more? Says I’m out of the delivery area but I just had them delivered hardly a month ago.. how can I bypass this being it’s the only ones I can find?

I live in a sober house and tested someone and it came up positive. I then tested myself and it also came up positive. I've been clean and sober over 2 years. Upon submitting my urine to a lab, it was confirmed it was a false positive. People who are given these tests and end up with a false positive run the risk of being kicked out of places they live. And depending on where they are with their sobriety, could end up relapsing and god forbid, overdosing. All because of a faulty test. Some addicts have the "if I'm going to be accused I might as well use" mentality sadly. Get your act together!

I use these and they are quite accurate. Great to have if you’re worried about passing a screening and want to know for sure.

These tests are accurate and quick results

They are supposed to be used to test Fentanyl. Buyers should check the expiration date on the kit. On the two kits I received, the validity date had passed for a year (2021).
