Beyond Boundaries is an excellent continuation of their famous Boundaries book and DVD series. I bought the book and then the DVD series to use in my support group. Once you have gotten the concept of what a boundary is and are recognizing the boundaries that one needs, this book helps to actually use and know how best to apply them.It is good for personal growth or used in a small group or support group. This book is a great investment for those who seek balance and guidance in life with relationships.

Much needed read for me, wish I had read this one a long time ago. Not even done and it has helped me a great deal
