Would this fit my 2010 jeep patriot 2.4l 4x4 and where does it go to because there are a couple of o2 sensors ?

Not sure if they will fit - check description for "upstream" ( before the catalytic converter) or "downstream" ( after the catalytic converter). You should need 4 for a V8 or V6, two for an inline 6 or 4 cylinder. Hope this helps.
