what is the inside diameter of the hollow handle?

At the widest, 1.021 inches. At the narrowest, .76 inches. Handle length from widest to opening at the blade is 4.021 inches. I hope this helps.

Is this knife full tang?

The knife and the handle are the exact same piece of metal, which is as full tang as a knife can get. This knife is awesome, strong, and 100% worth the money. my favorite knife. Cold Steel rules!

Does this come with the Cor-Ex sheath and the fire starter?

Yes. To fire starter and yet to hard polycarbonate sheath

Sticker around the handle said that it's carbon steel and rusting is not covered by warranty. Just below that "Made in China". Nothing else on knife or box.
