Saran Wrap
Saran Wrap is the best plastic wrap for ease of use including placement of the cutting blade. But since you can’t buy this in the stores anymore, it has to be bought at Amazon.

This works but the holder/blade poorly made
This does everything other saran wrap does but very hard to get it to tear off roll. Too flimsy holder.
