Does this have the blue barrel ring? Or black?

Good Morning Thanks for shopping with League Outfitters. The ring on the Rawlings Adirondack Natural Ash bat is black; The rawlings label is solid black as well. If you have any other questions feel free to get in contact with us.Lionel BainesLeague Outfitters301-575-9400

Is this bat cupped at the end

No, bat is not cupped, but is a good solid piece of wood.

Can the logo and the black rim be sanded off?

Suppose you could, but not worth the trouble. Ours broke on first use, like a lot of other reviewers you'll see here.
