I bought this as a companion to another similar book, both are good, but this has a different perspective and has several more topics-in other words, it's a bit more comprehensive than the other purchase. Still, both are great to have as resources, along with the internet, but here, at least I don't have to wade through a bunch of responses, it's all here. A good reference book and when compared to several different versions of the NIV Bible, no problems or misquotes as far as I have found. But a very useful book when attempting to apply scripture to real life situations and making it relevant. I use it in my church ministry and with my children as situations present themselves.The product(s) arrived on time, as described by Amazon & manufacturer, it was shipped without issue, arrived within prescribed estimates, the packaging was undamaged, and the product itself was unmolested and made with quality materials. Description, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, color, and it matched my expectations.

Practical and handy

Very good and helpful when you need a reference that you cannot remember where you read it. It brings many verses together on a topic that you need when working through a problem.

A concise reference for counseling subject areas . A must for all pastors in church maturity activities. However areas of counsel should be updated regularly with new counselling subject areas.

Would rather bigger book with all the references and verses written out. Can anyone refer me to any books like that?

Excellent resource for any type of Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist, Pastor, Lay Person or someone just needing a great reference for life challengers.
