This is a religious book!
If you are an aethist or agnostic, I am not sure whether you will finish even half of the book. Contrary to my expectations of a self help book with scientific or psychological backup,btjos book turns out to be an extension of Bible. If you are believer and follower of Christianity, this book is a good read. Also, solutions to all the problems are not that practical unless you have reached a zen stage. For eg: Author says, '' If someone is troubling you with angry words, just fill yourself with Love because God is love. Then all the problems will get solved ". Personally, such solutions never work out for me. I respect what he has written, but not practical for me.
