Great coffee from Peru!
Their coffee from Peru is outstanding! Arrived well packaged and fresh. It has a good medium roast and the flavor is excellent. This is a great value for an under rated coffee.

Great coffee beans not oily
I purchased both Peruvian and Brazilian Minas Gerias. These are not oily beans and works well in my Gaggia all in one coffee brewer. I think the lighter roasts pack more caffeine as caffeine is heat labile. Darker roasts are stronger flavor but lose the punch. I have two flat whites every AM and I’m ready for the day. I will try their other roasted beans for sure. I bought the dark Columbia beans and it tastes very good too. The beans aren’t oily to me. They have a dull pearl appearance and it’s not like other oily beans I’ve seen. It grinds fine and I don’t see any residue in the coffee bin or clumps at the grinder opening.

I REALLY thought I nailed it ☕ I did my homework ✅Read reviews ✅ Supported "clean coffee " producers ✅Then it arrived. Nope. Not tasty. Very unhappy with this product. The flavor is flat and unpleasant. I regret this purchase. All FIVE POUNDS of it😣

FRC offers high quality coffee at a reasonable price
I have been very pleased with FRC coffee. At this point, I have gone through about 50 pounds of their coffee, various single source beans, and the only times I've been less than impressed were not because of badly roasted or inferior beans, but the character of the beans simply weren't to my taste. Most of the time it was only a matter of adjusting the quantity of beans, grind size, and/or brewing method. But I enjoy the process and experimentation (when I have time); they're part of the experience for me. I can't express in proper coffee review language what exactly I'm tasting, but the cupping notes on the FRC bags have been pretty accurate, by my experience. Fresh Roasted Coffee offers high quality beans at a reasonable price, and I look forward to enjoying the next 50 pounds of FRC coffee.

Addicting
The first bag I received was damaged but they refunded it fully. I bought another bag and was really blown away with the taste! It’s addicting. I think this is going to be my new staple coffee.
