No, not my knowledge. It works on small dog. It didn’t really work for large dogs.

Can this be used to train cat behavior?

I don't think cats hear the high frequency noise that this emits - so I would say no. Cats are usually able to be trained the best with treats.

My new dogs barks when i crate her to go to work, disturbing neighbors. can i set this unit to emit a sound to stop my dog from barking when i leave?

Yes you can. It works perfectly and after doing it a few times, your dog will know what is coming if he barks. Just show him your hand. That will do it. I used to have the same problem all the time even inside the house. NOT ANYMORE.
