Toughens your skin without messing it up
I was skeptical of whether this would actually work but now I love the stuff. Apply once a week to just your fingertip pads and it slightly toughens the skin. I climb outdoors 2-3x a week on a lot of grainy, New England granite, but I was having to stop sessions early because my skin would feel too irritated. Using the Tip Juice once a week has really helped with that and now my skin isn't such a limiting factor. Now it's back to wishing I were stronger ;-)
