Moose, Of Course!

Not every rhyming book is perfect, and I found this a bit forced. However, the grandchildren (2.5/4.5) loved it and practically memorized it. Great vocabulary - sashayed for instance was fun to explain and demonstrate.

This is a great book. My kids loved it when they were little and I just ordered it for two baby showers!!!

I love this book - not only is the story fun to read, but you get to look for the moose on every page. Fun, fun, fun for any reader and perfect for those who love moose!

My grandchildren ages 2,3,5,8,10 all LOVE Lynn Plourde's books and this is one of my 8and 10 year olds' favorites...Wonderful story and illustrations!

My children asked for this book again and again at bedtime. My husband and I never got sick of it either

My Mom bought this book for my daughter when she was 2. It was a hit right from the start. It's a ryhming tongue twister the first few times you read it, but it's such a cute story. We have read it so much, my daughter has it memorized (she's 3 now.) And it's got a "Where's Waldo" kind of feature too. The illustrations show a moose, or a moose's shadow or a moose symbol on every page. My daughter loves to point out the moose on the pages too.

A sweet, natural story with great rhythms. Includes a lesson about understanding nature and being patient! My four-year-old loves to hear it and I love to read it. Wonderful for bedtime and anytime you need a quiet moment together.
