Decided to try this oil filter for the first time. So far so good! I was using the Ford Motorcraft oil filters before. I don't know what the deal is but the filter was always dripping oil from the seal when it was time for an oil change. My guess is the engine is getting so hot that it's melting the round seal. Hopefully this Ford Performance filter does the trick. 5-stars for now but I really won't be able to fully judge it until the next oil change.

Just feels thicker, tougher and assembled with better care than the FL500S I had been running. Fit fine on my 2019 Mustang GT without performance pack. They say it won't clear an oil cooler if you have the PP

I’ve been using this oil filter on my truck 5.4 motor and it runs much smoother even got rid of a little noise. Seriously guys this is the best oil filter on the market

This is not a Ford racing filter. The filter I received looks to be a Ford racing filter but there are differences. A real Ford racing filter has 8 round pay pass holes on the top, this one has 6 oval shaped holes. The real one also has a Ford blue silicone nonstick gasket as this one has a regular rubber one. I also paid about 10 bucks too much it appears.
