Love these mats. Love the different sizes. Quite a savings when you consider the different sizes you receive. Price is great for the quality of the product. Like the type of silicone used used in the mats. Super easy to clean. Wishing now that this KP Kitchen made a very large mat for kneading bread, making dinner rolls or pie crusts. Can't imagine now great that would be. Since I make a fair amount of Brioche, a silicone pan with traditional fluted edge for Brioche would just be a bonus. I bought this set to have different sizes to use in my kitchen. I'm enjoying all of them. I often bake sweet potatoes in the oven and used to always use parchment paper or foil. Now, I use one of my silicone baking mats. It's a little more trouble than just throwing away parchment paper, but it's much more environmentally friendly. The mats are very easy to clean. Food slides right off or easily wipes off. I like having a mat sized for most of my pans. Great price, too. I didn't rate the durability because I've only had them for about a month. So, we'll see how they hold up. They're doing great so far!

It took me a few tries to learn how to roast veggies without setting off my smoke detector but now it is great. Healthier cooking with little to no oil and saving money with no foil or parchment paper. Smaller carbon footprint with less waste. Customer service was also great. Responding quickly to my questions.

Bought it to use on for a dabbing station. When dry, it is actually "sticky" to my rig. Good that it doesn't slide around. Any concentrate that hits it scrapes right up. If it get dusty or get cat hair on it, I just wipe with a damp towel. Piece of cake. I have used the extras for baking etc. No need to grease cookie sheets and cleans so much easier than a bare pan. Fits easier into the dw as well.

Love to use these mats for baking, to ensure cookies and other goodies don't stick. But they're also great for using as a "cover" for a sheet pan or casserole dish instead of using foil (that's a waste of money and resources!). The mat works great as a cover, then take it off if you need to "brown" the casserole at the end of the cooking time. These are also great to keep things from slipping -- we food/dishes on trays and these mats keep everything in place -- no sliding on the tray!

I threw away baking mats that were sticky and uncleanable about a year ago and thought I would never use mats again. In trying to have less waste. I gave these a shot. Thickness is just right. very sturdy. Easy to clean. Made pretzels,cookies,granola on them so far. Food slides right off. Cleans up nicely. Having the different sizes is very useful. Glad I price these.
