Ni e and fresh. Easy to use.

I expected when I looked at the lattice bag it was in that it might have lost flavor or be too dried out, but I was totally wrong. Good strong flavor, without too much bitterness. Tasted fantastic in my special 'Mexican' style spaghetti sauce. I'd give you the recipe, but this is a review...;)

I was used to buying garlic from other competitor (costco Christopher ranch) This garlic is fresh firm bright not yellowed and very flavorful. I recommend it!

This is convenient for folks who desire the glories of garlic without the funk and the hassle of peeling your own.

This is great garlic, however make sure you have something airtight to store it in. The smell is strong.

What I liked and appreciated most about the is the time frame in which delivered, however what I did not like was the packaging and the freshness of the product. I have worked in retail for several years and I know this could have been done better. It is warm outside and I know this was a temperature sensitive product, but if it could not have been delivered fresh and sealed, then please do not advertise or send it.
