Perfect window AC replacement
was fixing an old ac and took apart the old cord thinking it was the problem, ended up replacing it with this, super easy to install, very heavy duty, length was more than enough, and it kicked on the ac with no problems. Highly recommend this replacement!

Perfect replacement if you can get to connector
Worked perfectly on Midea Portable air Conditioner 12000 BTU bought from Costco. Installation wasn’t easy as it required opening the AC all the way through (non trivial unless you are handy). One connections were accessible, the product was perfect replacement fit.

Go ahead and get this one.
This is an awesome product. My cord went bad in a Frigidaire window unit. They wanted $141 and probably a free days to get to me. This cord came to $26, next day delivery. I had it installed fairly easily. Went kind of slow to make sure I didn’t mess anything up. And then, one click had my AC unit running once more. Perfect!

Works great on an old LG
I used this as an replacement on an LG LP12000XR, the OEM was $200, it was pretty easy to replace it and worked like a charm. A bit on the shorter side compared to the original one so keep that in mind.

A Foot and a Half of the Cord is Inside the AC = Length 4.5 ft
I’m glad I was able to get this at a reasonable price rather than spend hundreds on a whole new unit. Delivery time was great. My only complaint is the length of the cord. About a foot and a half it ended up inside the air conditioning unit leaning the actual length at about 4 1/2 feet. Now I have to use an extension cord which is an eye sore. If the cord goes in the unit I don’t think that length should be counted in the length of the cord. Has I know I would have gotten a longer cord.

Replaced a cut cord with ease
Replaced a cut cord with ease; Bought the 14AWG for Midea U Shaped window A/C; works fine. Somehere on amazon saw an option to get different gages. Only realized after the fact that the stock one is likely 16 AWG. This ELGRIP is visibly larger but works just fine.
