I owned the Wilton brand rolling pin with guides before buying this one. It was frustrating, the silicone sleeves would slide around, and they didn't provide a consistent thickness. Using this rolling pin was so much easier, the dough was perfectly uniform, changing the rings was less of a hassle, no sliding, or trying to get them lined up evenly, they screw on and off. The bonus mat is huge, and sticks to the counter completely flat, I didn't even think I'd use the mat, but I ended up liking it for keeping things in place, it's got major grip.

This is a fantastic set. The mat is a great size and clings to the table or countertop nicely. It was very easy to clean off.The rolling pin was perfect! Love the different size rings, they really helped me get an even thickness while making gingerbread cookies. The weight of the rolling pin is great, not too heavy not too light and it cleans off so easily. Highly recommend!

The rolling pin works well and the height disks are super helpful. The mat is big and sticks to itself easily so it's hard to clean effectively.

This works great to roll out perfect pie crusts and cookie dough. Easy to use and clean. Takes the guesswork out of getting the right thickness for your dough.

As an avid home cook and baker I can honestly say this is one of my favorite products. I’m generally skeptical and expect to be underwhelmed but there’s nothing I don’t like about this product. It’s sturdy, a great size, the size spacers attach securely and are not flimsy. But one of the best parts is the mat it comes with. It’s like a thin silicone mat that sticks to my granite countertop and grips to the parchment paper I put on top. No more trying to roll out dough and having the parchment move all other the place. My crackers, cookies, pie dough etc are now a nice even thickness throughout. I highly recommend this product.

Only used it to roll out donut dough so far but it works great and cleaning it up is easy enough.

I am not quite sure why I hesitated so long before purchasing this rolling pin. After using it a lot for baking multiple varieties of cookies I can confidently say that it has made a huge difference. My cookies were a breeze to roll and maintained an even thickness.I also appreciated the ease of adjusting the thicknesses simply by unscrewing and adding the applicable disk. Clean up is a breeze, just some warm soapy water and it’s done!The added bonus is the pastry mat! It is a great size, seems well made and is not too flimsy. Overall this is a great purchase.

I used this to roll out my dough to make croissants, it has made life much easier in ensuring even thickness when laminating the dough.

Rolling pin is fabulous and takes the guesswork out of determining thickness of rolled dough. Disks at each end vary so you can set the desired thickness. When desired thickness is achieved, rolling pin stops dough from being rolled any thinner. Love this rolling pin.

I love all the printing on the mat the most. Very practical :)

Not a fan of the Matt. Hard to clean. The roller is amazing.
