Artificial Christmas Tree Decorated with Pine Cones and Red Berries Unlit/Prelit 5-7.5 FT

I hate to give a one star for such a beautiful tree. It really is great! However, the lights do not work. Well, 5 of the lights work, but they are super dim. I did message the company for instructions to fix this, and I will update the stars once we hear back depending on the result and time for reply.Update:A successful resolution was reached. They were very prompt on their responses. Great customer service, and a beautiful product. Sill withholding a star since the product arrived not fully functioning.

As soon as I put this tree up last night, I tell you, I was really emotional and in tears. My husband and I were so taken back by the feels and beautiful the overall look is. It doesnt matter if its airbrushed in white. Still looks great to me, love the pine cones and berries!! We bought the prelit option and its TORALLY worth it. Thank you so much to this seller!!! Must buy.

Super easy to assemble, beautiful when lit up.. however the first tree we received the bottom lights did not work so we sent it back. Received the replacement tree, the lights works but once it was all assembled and standing the tree stand broke and it timbered. Will be sending that one back as well and asking for a refund. Wish it would’ve worked out because it is a pretty tree!

It does not look as real as my old ne but it is very pretty.

The shape is “too perfect”... looks artificial! Supposed to be flocked & it is not! The lights are supposed to be clear white & they have a yellowish color.Get what you pay for!

Within a month the lights have stopped working meaning I need to try to get my family a new tree right before Christmas. What a piece of garbage. I would not purchase anything from this company ever again.

The tree went up easy enough but when it came time to light the tree the connection for the lights would not work. I ended up stringing lights after all.
