This product is fantastic - just what my son and I were looking for!My son built it on his own and took him about 30 minutes - it is very sturdy and looks great - you feel very secure as you are using it - I love the added massage and heat option and glad I spent more to have thisThe product arrived on time and the delivery guy was really helpful as the item is quite heavy as you would expect

Is it value for money?
1) Arrived in good time and no parts were damaged or missing. 2) US 12V/1A plug-in supply supplied so you need to buy UK part or a US to UK adaptor. 3) The vibration/heated pad is ok but only vibrates in 2 regions with 3 levels of intensity and heating isn't really noticeable. 4) Quite expensive but less than a course of decompression therapy with a chiropractor.
