CLOCKY Runaway Digital Extra Loud Alarm Clock for Heavy Sleeper Adults

Game changer! MUCH better than expected. I was worried I would hate it because some reviews day it's annoying. But it's not annoying at all. I never wake up angry or annoyed! For the first time I'm able to wake up at 10am every morning consistently. This alarm clock has changed my life. I finally have a routine and wake up happy!!!

My son says it is amazing and gets him right up in the morning! Nothing else has ever worked. Problem Solved!

I have a child with pretty severe ADHD, its very hard for him to get out of bed especially on his own. This was just what we needed, not only does it not let him stay in bed, but he is actually excited to get up on his own! Super easy to use and does exactly what you think it does. One thing that could be improved is a little bit brighter or clearer display for children, but other than that its perfect!

I JUST WROTE A WHOLE REVIEW AND THE APP QUIT ON ME SO Y'ALL ARE GETTING THE TLDR VERSION OKI AM NOTORIOUS FOR SLEEPING THROUGH ALARMS SO PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS:-do not waste your money or time-it worked for a couple months than crapped out on me (the interface started seeming a bit different and glitchy, and then the alarm itself stopped working, it would start the alarm tone at the correct time but after like 0.5seconds the noise would turn off and just end the alarm)-even though it did work, the way it woke me up made me so grumpy and angry that I would go back to sleep on purpose bc I could not start my day like that-it literally corroded the batteries in a matter of just a few months.... I've never seen that happen before unless the batteries have been in the device for years-currently am trying out the JALL wake-up light alarm thing and I like it so far, it has more features, (i think it could use a few more but im high maintenance) it uses not only noise to wake you up but also manipulates your natural sleep/wake cycle (circadian rhythm->pineal gland->melatonin->ecetera) to allow for a more peaceful awakening.AGAIN, COMING FROM A NOTORIOUS ALARM-SLEEPER-THROUGHER: I'm not joking the brightness of the light makes a chemical difference in your brain to help you wake up easier (and trust me on this bc I spent years learning crap like this with my bio/human science major and psych minor)so I guess this isn't TLDR REALLY but if you wanna join me on my search for the perfect alarm and want to SKIP THIS USELESS STEP, you can meet me at the next step with the Jall wake up alarm thing with the bright light and we can suffer through this together

Easy to set and choose if you want it to roll away or not. My child does not like to wake up and stay up. When the alarm was across the room she would turn it off then go back to bed. With clocky she gets up, finds it, then stays up and get ready for school.I thought the alarm sound would be a regular alarm clock but it is R2-D2 on crack. Definitely gets your attention. It is also loud. I can hear the alarm clock down the hall.

I've had my clocky for almost two years and it's been cute and fun and VERY useful to me. I even got one for my sister, who has moderate hearing loss and is a teenager (so she sleeps like the dead). Recently, (last few weeks) I started missing appointments and not getting up when I was supposed to. I started thinking I was "getting used to" clocky: I stopped waking up to it, but when I checked it, it seemed fine so it must be me, right? However, this hasn't happened before. Then I did more than a cursory check on it and it FREAKED OUT... kinda like what R2D2 does when he gets electrocuted in Star Wars (clocky sounds a lot like R2D2 in a mostly non-copyright-infringing way). We had to take out the batteries to make it stop, and I haven't even tried using it as an alarm since then. It's too untrustworthy, and I can't afford to miss any more school OR work. By the way, I seldom had it on anything but the floor... maybe that's why it lasted so long!I give it three stars because I'm so disappointed in how things turned out, but I tell you I LOVED this product while it was working. Also, it gets three stars for lack of features, which you can read about in some of the other reviews. I know I'm way past the return/warranty for it so I'm just going to have to suck it up and buy another alarm clock but - with fondness yet sadness - it won't be a clocky.

The alarm is loud enough to actually wake you up, and the rolling feature makes it impossible to ignore. It’s annoying in the best possible way! At first I bought it as a joke, but it turned out to be surprisingly useful for fixing my habit of oversleeping.The blue color looks nice, the build quality feels solid, and it’s also a hilarious conversation piece when friends or family see it in action. This would make an awesome gift for teens, college students, heavy sleepers, or anyone who struggles waking up on time. Definitely one of the most unique and practical alarm clocks I’ve used.

We were having trouble waking our 4 year old grandson for school until I discovered Clocky! Now he's out of bed and chasing it around the room to turn it off. He's much happier waking this way and so are we!
