100 Hits: 80's Chartbusters / Various

Gave this 5 cd set a 4 rating because even though I like the majority of these songs, some I had never heard before. Apparently from England, and although I used to live in England back in the 60's as mom is from England, I like the sounds of the British Invasion of the y60's better. The sounds of the British music of today sure have c\hanged a lot! But a lot of them are really pretty good. Depends on one's taste. I like the majority of the 100 Hits Collections cd sets. think u will too!

"Let Me Go" by Heaven 17, yeah buddy buddy

I was in my 20's in the 80's and I love the music from this time, what I don't love is these CD's. Over 85% of the music on these discs are by groups I've never heard of. There is no Madonna, U2, Oingo Boingo, B52's, just a bunch of no hit wonders. No you heard me "No Hit Wonders." I would have like if there were a few One Hit Wonders but to no avail. Terrible CD, don't buy it.

Had way too many songs and artists I have never even heard of. The most popular song on any of the cds is the first one Hungry like the wolf...

Barely knew any of the songs on it. Very dissatisfied with it.

Anything 80s I love. I carry most of my music on my smartphone and I'm up to 1124 songs on my 80's playlist. I like the fact that the usual suspects are there like Duran Duran, Culture Club but not with the usual songs. The Human League are in here but with Louise and not Don't You Want Me (which I didn't like in the 80s anyway). Flying Pickets with When Your Young and In Love. Sixty Eight Guns, The Alarm and Love Like Blood by Killing Joke.It's a good 80s compilation to add to your collection.

100 Hits-80s の最新編集盤５CDセット。副題が、Chartbusters ！！文字どおり、ヒットチャートを賑わした名曲をセレクトしたってことでしょうか。まぁ、いつもと変わらず８０’ｓのいい曲満載で心地いいです。今回は、アカペラバンド The Flying Pickets の２曲収録が嬉しいですね。Yazz の名曲 Only You のカバーと (When You're) Young And In Love です。特に、Only You のアカペラは心にじんと来ますよ〜毎度、音質もよく、おすすめのコンピ集です！！

The 5 CD's don't seem to have the most popular and biggest hits of given artists. E.g. The songs of Spandau Ballet do not include the huge hit, True.Disappointed.Eileen
