Carolyn Ketchum’s cookbooks are the VERY best! Gave away or sold all my other keto cookbooks. Really. Her recipes NEVER fail IF you read the entire recipe and follow her instructions. She leans toward all erythritol, which I don’t really care for, but some things MUST be sweetened with it or fail. I have all of her printed cookbooks and all in spiral except for the last which isn’t available in spiral. Because I use them daily and my blood sugar numbers are going down due to eating keto now I have great recipes to choose from. Recipes are usually pretty easy and straightforward, too. I’m no chef or baking pro, but her recipes make me look like I am!

Useful, does not stick the food items and it saves time to wash the container. Easily removable. But better if it would be somewhat thick. It's very thin to lift out.
