We have used this type of back scratchers for years, keeping then in all bedrooms, in all cars, anywhere we sit or stay, packed in all luggage, in work lockers, etc. When an itch needs scratching, these absolutely make sense.This brand is equal to the name brand ones that I purchased many years ago, equally strong and work equally well. The price on these are incredible, making me wonder how they can sell them this cheaply and still make money. They are quality built - occasionally I will extend it fully and flick on/off a light switch when I am too lazy or tired to get up. A very nice and inexpensive tool that just hits that itchy spot.

Good these to share for the fathers at church for Father's Day programme. I held and open one and it was sturdy even when extended. The claw solid and thick enough to not bend while in use or scrape the skin. Great for the price. Quick shipping. Pull to extend and use.

Perfectly adequate to scratch with. Handle is nice. Metal tubing is smaller and lighter than others I have used, this may mean less durable but price is so low, use another one if it breaks.

The back scratchers are great. I also use them for gathering up spider webs. I have a major complaint about Amazon: Our Post office in 93501 has such poor service that getting packages is a difficult procedure. If Amazon would offer UPS ONLY delivery, I would opt for it regardless of the cost. Jim

Build quality is about what you'd expect on these things being so cheap. It falls apart pretty easily if you actually use these repeatedly. The tension shims that hold each section in place when telescoping eventually fail.It's been just shy of 7 months and 4 of the back scratchers have all failed and come apart at this point. Your mileage will vary depending on frequency of use.

Believe it or not, I use these back scratchers every day! They have multiple uses... Yes you can scratch your back, but you can also pull small items within your reach, pick up small bags, etcThey are inexpensive & I gave my sister's & mom one too. :)
