Are there any tips for putting this on my water bottle? I’m having trouble getting it to stretch around my hydro flask.

Honestly, its just brute force. I put the water bottle in between my thighs, and started on one side, and forced it on the next. It was hard and took me a few minutes, but it doesn't come off, (very secure.)

Does this fit the 22 ounce steel cirkul bottle with silicone sleeve?

It should. It fits my 22 Oz plastic Cirkul.

Will i have a problem getting this through tsa? silly question i know but it’s my first time flying

Nope. I've flown with mine and had no issues.
